Everyone got a 1/2 lb bag of arugula. I love this raw in salads... but you can also consider throwing it into soups, giving it a quick (as in a few seconds) saute... or using it in place of some of the basil in your favorite pesto recipe.
We enjoyed the Siberian kale sauteed in butter. We removed the stems, chopped the leaves, and sauteed 'til tender. I have not tried doing kale chips with the Siberian kale... so those of you who are trying it, let me know how it turns out!
