Also this week, we are offering an exciting new product! We will have 2 lb bags of organic whole wheat flour grown by Paul Groner in Berger, MO. This flour is ground from a soft, red winter wheat. Since it is a soft wheat, it will be more ideal for use in quick breads and pastries and not the best for baking yeast breads. I know that some of you all do not use wheat, so we are offering it to those who are interested in 2 lb bags. if you do not want the wheat flour, we will sub in extra produce of equal value.
