Lots and lots of peppers are here this week! If you feel overwhelmed, remember that peppers freeze very well! I like to slice and freeze sweet peppers in season, then use them on pizza later. I also love to roast both sweet and hot peppers and freeze them for use in soups and stews over the winter.
