Chanterelle mushrooms are now in season. One of my favorite things in life is mushroom foraging:) Chanterelles are particularly rewarding since they often fruit in large clusters. I love spending a hot summer afternoon visiting some of the great mushroom picking locations throughout our woods.
After a long, wet spring, summer weather seems to be here at last. As a result, we have a nice variety of fresh, summer produce in your shares this week. Please enjoy!
