A few of you may have tried our barrel aged honey late last fall. We had this batch aging for 6 months in a Pinckney Bend whiskey barrel. It has an amazing flavor! Not only is it good on a piece of toast, try it in place of syrup on pancakes or drizzle a bit in your coffee or tea.
