Overnight Blackberry Chia Seed Bowl
Gathering your Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Milk of Choice
- Try out some toppings!
- Fresh Fruit, Nuts and/or Seeds for Topping
- Sweetener; Honey, Maple or Agave Syrup
- Spices; Cinnamon
Putting it all together:
- In a medium bowl or in a quart mason jar, gently stir together the chia seeds and milk. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, give the chia seed pudding a very good mixing, breaking apart any clumps. It's normal for it to have clumps, but once you give it a good stir, it will become a pudding texture.
- Top with your favorite fruits, nuts and seeds (I like to use our fresh CSA blueberries and blackberries from the). You can also mix in some yogurt to make it extra creamy. If desired, drizzle on sweetener to taste.
